We are pleased to announce the promotion of Gary Russell to the Vice President of Operations and Engineering.
Gary Russell
Mr. Russell has been an employee of Sage Metering for over 13 years and was formerly the Director of Engineering. He has been instrumental in the company’s growth. In addition to running the Engineering Department and overseeing product development, Gary was responsible for designing and implementing our automated high-capacity NIST gas loop calibration facility. He also runs the quality control meetings and supports key accounts with his technical expertise on thermal mass flow meters.
Gary is a Mechanical Engineer and has two Master’s Degrees. He was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. Before joining Sage, he worked for Graco/LTI as an R & D Engineer, and Sierra Instruments as the Director of Engineering.
In Mr. Russell’s new role, he is responsible for managing multiple interrelated Sage departments, including Purchasing, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Documentation Control, and Engineering.
