How do I place my thermal flow meter order?

Here’s the skinny:

  1. Submit your Purchase Order
  2. Submit your End User Application

Purchase Order

First, we will need a purchase order or credit card number with “bill to” and “ship to” addresses along with the end user information. The orders can be emailed to Steve Mortensen (steve@sagemetering.com), or faxed to 831-655-4965. You can also call us at 866-677-7243.

End User Information

Next, a critical part of the ordering process is to provide the end-user information. We need to understand who the end user is, the process data, installation information, output configuration and display orientation. The information is used to calibrate and configure the flow meter to the end-user’s specifications. We also need the information because the U.S. Department of Commerce recently changed their requirements, and it impacts some of the orders.

The End-User Application form can be submitted online, or one can download a PDF and email/fax it along with a purchase order. There is also a notation section on the form that allows the customer to reference their purchase order and any other pertinent notes.

By following these two steps, the information is streamlined in such a way that the appropriate sales representative is contacted the same day of the order. It is our hope that this process better serves our customers.
